I love the ye olde stype sweet shops, really takes me back to childhood.
I could have a field day in this shop!
It has a slightly more limited sugar free section too which is good if you don’t want to have sugar or can’t for health reasons.
I love the sour sweets and always pick up a few flavour’s.
they do a super sour set thats like eating acid, very unpleasant at first but its good for a laugh! Give one to a friend at work and watch them squirm haha
Huge selection, something for everyone. Some of the pre packaged sweets like strawberry liqourice etc. are pricey for how much you get in the packs, but this isn’t buy 3 for £1 at Asda so you expect to pay more. Would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that the young girl that works there never looks happy or raises a smile no matter how friendly and jovial you are.
Older lady that worked here is lovely and very helpful, showed us a few new sweets and let us sample some too.
