Just had lunch here after reading about re-furb.Took advantage of 2 for £12 offer, wish i had not bothered in a word rubbish!!!

They do reasonable «standard» food at reasonable prices.
They have up to 6 real ales but I’m not sure on the quality. The choice seems to be unimaginative but it is the best choice of the pubs in the area. I’m not sure if it is one to seek out for the real ale drinkers.
Everything is just a little to mediocre. It did get in the Good Pub Guide though.
It’s 100 yards away from where I live but I seldom visit.
Update.
They have put a large Gazebo up for outside music and have a Double Decker Fun bus (At a charge) for the kids.
