Better Bathrooms

Recently bought a new shower and whirpool bath from here and was very very happy with the products. The bath was over £100 cheaper than its nearest competitor and is a quality product (not a cheap plastic variant). The company stay in touch throughout the whole purchase and delivery process (perhaps too much but that is not a bad thing), either by telephone, text or e-​mail and have an excellent customer service centre if you have any queries about a product you have purchased or even if you are just thinking about purchasing. The only reason Better Bathrooms have not received 5 stars is down to delivery. Another bathroom company did not charge delivery and had the item left at a place of my choice. Better Bathrooms charged £35 delivery (for the bath). For £35 pounds you would think it possible to organise a delivery date and time’fraid not!!! I was told what day the bath would be delivered and told that it would be there some time between 9am & 5pm it arrived at 5.20pm. For a £35 delivery charge, delivery should be much slicker than thisa really poor show on delivery. All in all a company very worth dealing with they just need to give their delivery company the heave ho!!!
