I think this dealership are really shoddy! i’ve had a renault and chosen to take it to them for servicing & repairs and they’ve NEVER rang to say when its been done, and the prices are astronomical too. The staff don’t answer the phones either which is incredibly frustrating when they’re charging you a fortune for their service. It all seems a bit grubby too — they have an area which I’m well acquainted with now — where you can sit and read (car news if you fancy that!) and have a coffee but there never enough sugar, or the sides haven’t been cleaned — all in all I think it could do with a good scrub. Staff aren’t particularly courteous either. Not a good impression.
