Aqua Sana

This spa is situated within Longleat Center Parcs but you don’t have to be staying at Center Parcs in order to enjoy one of their fixed priced pamper days. If you are staying at Center Parcs, you can take full advantage of what they have to offer. The spa experience is amazing. The various different sauna’s and steamrooms are so relaxing, and then you can go for a dip in the pool. The last time I was at Aqua Sana, I had the infra red treatment before having a Swedish Massage. Apparently the infra red treatment warms up the muscles so they can go straight into the massage and not have to spend the first 10mins warming the muscles. I’ll take their word for it, all I know is that it was all amazing. There’s a also a café area in the spa where you can buy light meals, snacks and drinks.
