How to get customers never to return to your pub

1. Advertise a three-course vegetarian meal for a tenner
2. Be out of at least one of those courses
3. Of the three vegetarian mains options on your menu, be out of at least two
4. Suggest replacing the main with a dish on the regular menu and offer to honour the £10 price
5. Then revoke that offer
6. Finally, make no apologies for your false advertising and lack of consideration and make them pay for their drinks anyway.

Excellent atmosphere, good food and welcoming staff. The menu is a cut above the usual McMullens fayre. The free quiz night attracts a good number of teams, and isn’t biased towards the regulars. Wine menu is broad and varied, you certainly won’t be able to sample them all in one evening.
For those whom have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend the «Kitchen Sink». The same should say it all!
