If I could give this 6 stars I would! I wasn’t particularly on the hunt for coffee, but I saw this sign and its ‘coffee accessories’ and knew I would need to take a look. It is a tiny shop, but so nice. Around half the shop is devoted to tea, and the rest to coffee. I am not too good at tea, I want to like it but I seem to only be able to tolerate it with loads of sugar and milk which kind of defeats the point of such a potentially healthy beverage. I like weak and less ‘tanniny’ kinds; had an amusing chat with the shop owner about that and she reccomended Darjeeling with lemon. Must try that. I spent a little while smelling the coffees and enjoyed browsing the shelves, all of the old cannisters of products and carefully labelled products were so pleasing to look at. I ended up with two types of just ground coffee; one espresso blend and a flavoured maple and pecan kind. The shop owner said it is roasted just up the road… what a lovely souvenir!
