Gets my vote over the Blue Tomato down the road, but still not cheap by any means.
Populated mainly by Tarquins and Tamaras, this place has a smallish terrace, decent selection of drinks, pool table and a reasonable bar menu.
The staff are friendly and the only two downers — apart from the Rock prices — are that the vent from the loos appears to be in the middle of the terrace (the gentle waft of toilet cubes anyone?) and that the ladies toilet lock is prone to trapping small children inside — evident that this has been the case for a while if the mangled state of the outside of the lock is anything to go by.
The view over the Camel is lovely and it catches the late afternoon rays.
