This place looks like it should be excellent. You stand outside and read the menu and think «wow, this is going to be amazing.» It’s not. When we went, I was completely surprised. My boyfriend ordered a pasta dish that he was happy with — but it was not at all as described and just didn’t have that wow factor. I ordered the truffle risotto. There was not a hint of truffle in it (and trust me — I love my truffles. I know when it is not the real thing ;) but they didn’t even have truffle oil in this). It wasn’t bad, just not anything as expected or described.
A word about the atmosphere — it is not a comfortable restaurant. The tables are crammed so close together that you feel as though you are becoming intimate with those on either side of you. I definitely would not find this an issue if the food was to die for, but it is not. It’s average at best.

One of my favorite local Italian restaurants. Has been here for many years, and enjoys many loyal dedicated customers such as myself. Its a tradional family run restaurant with cosy décor perfect for a romantic evening. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. Will definelty be going again soon.

Lovely food and management very friendly. Real shame that some of the waitresses don’t speak very good English. I found it difficult to be understood and then they wrote our order down wrong.
Bit problem is that the toilet is upstairs. With my father being disabled and unable to climb more than a few stairs, he had to use the toilets in the nearby MacDonalds instead.
