I started working on a design for an ‘orangery’ type extension with SunParadise in 2008. They very patiently worked through several design options with me over a period of 5 years. The final design incorporating, sliding folding doors, a side door and new high performance windows was agreed and put into production.
Each step of the process was very clear with defined milestones and payment stages and checks made at each stage of the process.
The site delivery went extremely well. We had one site issue to resolve but this was done between the contractor and SunParadise installation team with a minimum of fuss and maximum cooperation. The installation went exactly according to programme.
The installed product is excellent and the guarantee is now in place.
I would have no hesitation recommending SunParadise, based on my personal experience, to friends and professional colleagues.
