Hi I’m the manager of the golden fry and have been for the past 7 years. The owners have been here for 16 years and we are always very upset and disappointed to here we have let people down. We are always happy to recive comments and feedback on our products as if we are not aware of a problem we can never solve it. We are aware of the problem with potatoes this year due to the good old English weather. The problem with a natural product is sometimes you cannot predict how it will react. We have a problem with potatoes, this year, being very sugary causing them to turn very brown(which could be mistaken for over cooked or re fried). I can assure we do want to provide the best quality product and service we can. We are currently working in the chip problem and are striving to source the best patatoes we can. We also have not changed the size of our fish since I have worked for the company, which is 11 years, and there has obviously a been a mistake if people have been given a sml portion. Our prices are very competitive and we have strived to be very reasonable amongst our competeitors. We try our best to keep our prices as reasonable as possible but some of our source prices have doubled in the last twelve months. If anyone ever has a problem please ring us and we will always endeavour to rectify the situation. We hate to lose valued costumers especially village locals as they are the bread and butter of our Buisness and being a Threemilestone boy who has lived here his whole life I personally like to sort out disputes. Feel free to contact me @ and I personally apoligise if you had a poor experience. Many thanks Tim Kellow

Very good chippy, tasty fish, and mostly good chips, just one bad point is they put far to much salt on everything, even when you ask for«just a bit please» its lagged on and ruins the whole meal . Not bad value and on the whole worth a try, just remember watch the salt
