The Bell has probably the best location of any pub in Tring, which means that it is usually busy. The beer is also the cheapest of any of the local bars. Unfortunately this prime location and cheap drinks means that some of the more unsavory characters about town can be found in here most nights of the week. Fights have been known to spill out on to the high street however this has to be said is a rare occurrence. The interior of the pub leaves much to be desired however it is one of few pubs in Tring to have two pool tables, also due to it being one of the largest pubs in the area.
