I absolutely love this restaurant… and if you are a homely girl like me, who likes appropriately homely Mexican food, then you will feel right at home here! From the cosy cushions applied to seating and soft romantic lighting, the atmosphere is meant to encase you in a perfect «happy place» bubble for the duration of your visit!
The top quality food also caters for people who are not too keen on the hot stuff. There is also a large selection of unusual lagers on offer that made a change like Samuel Adams and a Brooklyn Lager that I’ve not seen available anywhere else locally. But back to the food, if they gave out Michelin stars to restaurants of this genre, then Tavern Co would get the first one! enough said i think!
You can expect to pay from as little as £3.95 for a decent sized starter, while mains range from £7 — £15 pounds!
