Fantastic stuff!
My wife and I had been meaning to visit this retaurant for ages… I only wish now that we had got around to it sooner as we ‘wasted’ months which could, and most probably would, have involved several visits!
We shared the vegetable tempura and chicken satay to start… wow… if it wasn’t for the fact that I was looking forward to my main so much I genuinely think that I could have repeated this order again and again and again and been perfectly happy! The tempura batter was as light and crisp as the satay sauce was perfectly peanutty!
The mains lived up to the standards set by the starters… light and subtle sauces, pleasantly warming heat from the chillis, sticky rice… I’m beginning to salivate just thinking about it!
The portion sizes are spot on so a dessert was ordered… we chose to share some grilled ice cream… basically a pastry ‘pocket’ with ice cream, cashew nuts and banana in it… the perfect end to a delightful meal!
We will be back… again and again and again…
