Zoom Printing

First of all, this business is located in Thornhill Ontario. NOT the UK. I have worked with the company for a few years now, printing business cards for myself and my associate. Recently we requested a new printing for 3 new team members. Our colours are white on grey. The cards came to us rose on purple with smear marks through them. I immediately wrote in and complained. I was advised they would ship out new cards at no cost right away. New cards did arrive that week, but they were STILL purple! I wrote in again, and was advised that our Graphic Designer had messed with the colours. This are the same files that we have always used, simply with names changed. The front of our card (our logo) hasn’t changed at all since it was first created. The company insisted it was an issue on our end and (NOT EVEN POSSIBLY) a printer error. They are now charging me for the cards. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s not worth the hassle or the cost to tight business budgets to deal with them.
