This was once a thriving indoor markets, with a butchers, fruit & veg, tools, make-up stall etc. Since having to pay for parking in the area more & more of the stalls have closed. Though they have been replaced by others its never been as good as before.
Now, due to the developments on Telford Shopping Centre, Spencers Mall is closing totally. A great shame, though it does mean that theres a few good baragins to pick up in there at the moment

Good access to this indoor mall/market although on a few of the stalls there is a little step up. Lots of little stalls/shops including ones selling musical instruments, cards, handbags, toiletries/makeup, clothes, electrical goods, pictures & frames there is also a café, key cutter & cobbler. Really good range of stalls and all really well priced. A few money rides like a racing car & also has toilets.
