Used the restaurant. I found it a bit pricey. Comfortable seating area, quite busy lunch time.

I didn’t find the sandwich selection very appealing.
It provides hot food too.
Tables not cleared very quickly. I moved the stuff from the table I sat, but was still not removed from the chair by the time left.

Downstairs in House of Fraser is a haberdashery, gallery, mens clothes, and houseware. Up the escalator or lift is womens clothes and a restaurant.
The restaurants has nice food, though a tiny bit over priced. The seating area is comfy, and also has an outside area. The only fault is the high chairs are not always cleaned thoroughly and I have had to do this myself on more than one occassion.
The staff are very friendly and happy to help. I mainly shop at the haberdashery where the shop assistants are happy to give advice, or even admit if they dont know.
