I popped in for a browse around and was impressed by the helpful and informative service provided by the well informed sales assistant. Well worth a visit. A wide selection of quality pieces and pictures, many by local artists featuring local scenes. Now known as ‘The Art Gallery’. I imagine the framing is still available.

A nice selection of prints and original art, also ceramic and bronze scultures and Murano glass jewellery. Some of the work is from local artists including Jennie Hale. Also offer a framing service with a nice range of frames, although they aren’t the cheapest and arguably a better framer in Tavistock is the one on the trading estate behind Focus. The staff are knowledgeable and the resulting framing was of a high quality. Much of the stock is quite pricey but obviously of good quality and many of the featured artists have a strong local if not national following. Worth a visit if you are in Tavistock!

This has a wide variety of paintings and prints for sale, but also offers a framing service. The choice of frames is staggering and the subject knowledge of the assistants is impressive. This level of personal service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
