This salon is amazing, friendly, helpful and family orientated! The service I was given by the staff I was pleased with and me and my daughter cannot wait to go again! I have just had the worst haircut I have ever had in my life here. I paid over £35 for the privilege and I didn’t even have it styled, just rough dried! I am now going to have to go and find another hairdresser and have it cut short to correct it. I even said to the stylist it didn’t look right but she said oh one side is thicker than the other, that’s all It’s dreadful-​I went in with a mid length bob and asked for a few layers. The layers have all been taken off the bottom at the back so I no longer have any weight to my hair, which is fine anyway. There are no layers in the top, where I expected them to be, or in the sides. My fringe was also wonky. I could cry. These sort of hairdressers are the reason I don’t go very often. I am waiting for a call from the manageress who apparently calls in now and again I don’t know what she is going to do-​you can’t stick hair back on, can you?! Just realised I didn’t even get offered a cup of tea! Please don’t go here.
