Whitlocks Coffee Shop in the Duchess Building, was very busy on the morning I was there. It is right by the main entrance so quite draughty, and being close to the main enquiry desk is also very loud. The lady serving was quite stressed as they had run out of cups, and lots of people had been asking for coffees. She kept calling me love and dear although obviously her heart wasnt in it. The tables hadnt been cleared for some time, and it was difficult to find a table although their were stools and a bar to sat at. Still capacino and pack of custard creams for £1.50. It could do with a clock for people to check on the times for their appointments.

Musgrove Park Hospital is large and is split into parts. They have lots of separate car parks although they charge alot and if you are even a minute late you will be given a strict penalty notice or even clamped if you are unlucky. They have several buses for patients and visitors. Once inside, it is very difficult to navigate yourself around the hospital. The staff are very busy, so it is almost useless asking them for help. Most of the wards are hygenic dispite what you have heard on the news recently. I would recommend using this hospital if you live in this region, although don’t expect the parking to be cheap.
