We’d often noticed an enticing smell of indian food when parking in the Gorse Hill car park (next to the Swiss Chalet) and heading over to the Wonkee fish bar for chinese+chips. Last night we decided to investigate the source instead, and went in Tandoori Nights.
It looks unassuming from the outside, but inside is nicely decorated and clean, with comfy sofas to wait on. We were promptly served, and ordered Chicken Korma+Nan, and Chicken Madras+Nan. The wait was short, and they had a TV showing Watchdog (and not overly loud).
My Korma and Nan were excellent, the Madras was a bit more spicy than was expected (more a reflection on the expectations than the Tandoori Nighst though!)
