Ordered 2 bras which were shown as instock online, they took my money, THEN sent an email saying these are out of stock and will be delivered from manufacturer in 4 weeks. One bra arrives in due course with a note saying the other will be coming soon. I am still waiting outside of the timeline they have given. In total, it’s more than 2 months since order date, and one bra is outstanding. Email sent 3 days ago with no reply yet. If still no reply with a week I will send another emial with a warning that I will obtain refund through Visa.
There is also no option to view your order and it’s status on the website. What is the point of having a My Accounts section then?
I will definitely not buy again.
