When you pull up, this place is certainly impressive! Hard to believe this huge building is only a restaurant. They also have a takeaway service called Fusion Wok with a window so you don’t have to walk inside. When we walked in, we were greeted instantly, but the place is quite loud and a bit chaotic. We were seated at a booth in the corner with a nice view of the lake, although getting in and out of the booth while a family of six was seated there was a bit like navigating an obstacle course. The plates are *really* hot, so you may want to grab one or two of the tissues sitting next to the plates. There is a salad area and across from that is what I thought was a Mongolian BBQ set up however their website calls it Teppanyaki, next to that is sushi, and next to that is crispy duck! Next to the salad is the«not-Asian-heavily-deep-fried» area(think chips, onion rings, etc.). There is a variety of different Asian dishes, so not strictly Chinese, but I think the variety might be good for large families or groups. I enjoyed the Lemon Chicken… but just the chicken, there was no lemon sauce to go with the Chicken! I also highly enjoyed the ribs and the Crispy Shredded Beef(beware it is spicy, but delicious). The rest of the food was ok, but not life changing. The desserts were not really worth a look. Some of the desserts look lovely, but just taste sweet, but nothing else. Some of the other desserts are recognizable from the grocery store. The two things that I think we enjoyed was the Eton Mess/Pavlova near the Chocolate Fountain and the Mini Donuts that were on a stick to dip into the Chocolate Fountain. The website also states that there is Dim Sum served during dinner time, but I didn’t see any of the items out. The variety is great, the quality of the food… is on par with all the other Chinese Buffets out there. There is a little something for everyone and seemed to be very popular with families with young children and large groups.
