Staff was nice and the restaurant was busy. Ordered a burger and was very disappointed. The burger was not made fresh. It was frozen and then heated on the grill. It was also overcooked. Maybe the other food is good but for 13 pounds I would expect a much better burger. The fried were tastey and hot but they were previously frozen as well. Not really authentic American cuisine.

Staff is very friendly but you better have time to wait!!!
Need to say it’s worth a visit, the staff helps u and they take some time to explain you directions to whatever you ask them. The food was really good. Next time I’ll be in town i will come back.

I don’t go to Frankie & Benny’s very often but the 3 times I have been it’s been fantastic each time. Waiters & Waitresses are always great. Always get seated quickly, food never takes too long and is always cooked well. They are very accommodating if you don’t want something with the meal (salad! lol) mmmmm, fancy a nice steak now!

Love the food, always busy in there and staff are nice. It is situated next door to a cinema so its always nice to go to F&B’s first then to watch a film. There is also free parking.

I like to treat myself every now and then and a good way to do it is by going out for a nice meal to Frankie and Benny’s. It’s an italian/american restaurant. It has nice food and great for all the family. I would recommend booking if you don’t want to have to wait on a busy evening like a Friday or Saturday night. Also if you do go on a saturday night you might want to get a lift as I spent about 15 minutes trying to find a parking space and ended up parking by the pC world on the other side of the centre! I’ve never had a problem with the food though and service is usually quite good.

A lively informal American/Italian-style bar/restaurant with great food and a great atmosphere. This restaurant is located in the Greenbridge entertainment complex (with a Cinema and other food outlets). It offers a good variety of fine food and drinks, is well priced and very affordable. The foods are full of rich flavour and they do take their time to prepare a delicious and hearty meal. A good recommendation is the house speciality menu. It just a great place to hang-out before catching a movie. The staff members are very friendly and do help with food choice. Overall, a fun, lively, and fab restaurant.

I always really like going to Frankie and Benny’s but the one in Swindon doesn’t seem to be up to the usual standard. The food often comes out burnt and takes a long time to be served. The waiting staff are nice enough but the service is quite slow.
The restaurant is quite clean but it always seems to be freezing in there.

If we want to treat ourselves we go out to a Frankie & Bennys’s. The restaurant in Swindon is lovely and the staff are always friendly. I admit that there is sometimes a bit of a wait for food but that is generally because they are quite busy but the wait is nothing worse than i have experienced in any other restaurant I have visited.
The food is lovely and the portions generous. The desserts are to die for but I am afraid to say that I am generally too full after my main course to enjoy them!
The restaurant is very child friendly and I like that if you ask for one they will supply a little salad bowl for children at no extra cost.

I have visited Frankie and Benny’s on several occasions. The food is quite nice though not very consistent. You can look at the menu on their website. It’s typical Italian and American. Prices are reasonable– i recommend their lunch menu– 3 courses for £8 and this is available until 5:30pm– every on a bank holiday. However the service is quite poor– we were left waiting 20 minutes once just to order our drinks. The restaurant wasn‘t even busy and the main courses and desserts took just as long. This really lets the whole experience down so proceed with caution.
