The swansea H Samuel is like any other H Samuel store in every town centre, We have two in Swansea, the one in the Quadrant and one on the high street. The High street H samuel is the better as it is bigger and more spaced out than the Quadrant one, but also very quiet compared to the other one. This means ofcourse, there are more staff to tend to your needs and this is better when you dont know what you are looking for, and when you do know what you are looking for they are great and quick service, always really helpful.

H samuels are getting better with the quality of their goods. But the prices are following suit,
There is always someone who is willing to help you as soon as you walk in, which is good that you are not waiting around.
I find their selection of childrens jewellery to not be too good, But ladies is great.

I really do feel that H Samuel have improved over the last five years and this store is no exception. Staff were extremely helpful on my last visit, I told them my budget and they suggested gifts for me, They were only too happy to pull various items out of cases for me to look at until I found the right gifts.
I think their selection has improved as well as the quality of the items, Gift boxes are also better quality than they were.
Prices are reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone who cant afford to splash out a massive amount on expensive jewelery
