Cariad Bridal

Was really looking forward to trying on wedding dresses, a fab moment in a girls life!!! Until I walked into this shop. The shop was beautiful, well presented, nice and spacious. Staff were terrible!!! They were rude, unhelpful. My sister and I were made to feel unwelcome. The owner sat behind the front desk and didn’t move from there the whole time. She snorted at me when I was explaining the type of dress I was looking for, and stated ‘never heard of such a dress??’ We were made to feel about an inch tall. Terrible customer service. I did try one on, which I loved! But couldn’t bring myself to purchase this dress, because I simply would rather give my money to a shop with a friendly welcome as we walked through the door. Just goes to show, even winning awards for bridal design, it still doesn’t compensate for being made to feel special when your looking for the dress of your dreams. Quite tempted to open my own bridal shop and show them how it’s done x
