A nice establishment, food experienced was cold and politely requested for the same to be heated slightly.
I can only assume that the kitchen staff took offence and decided to put it in the microwave for quite some time, the result was inedible liver and mash!
The staff were not concerned in the least except at the time of payment and no tip being forthcoming there only other query was are you local or just on holiday.
It appears that they do not mind providing a totally sub standard service to visitors as they will not be making the many aware of such shoddy customer care.
