St peters Church

I am a practising christian, and have been for over forty years. I recently had the misfortune to attend this church while I was lodging in the village of Hartshorne south Derbyshire.
The congregation and church leaders behave more like, what can only be described as a cult. Choosing to worship their church leaders instead of God?
Also I was shocked and sickened by the amount of elderly (and in some cases mentally infirm elderly) people being transported to and from the church for Sunday service by members of the congregation for what appeared to be attempts at convincing them to sign over there last will and testaments to that particular church
Hopefully this form of (what can only be described as) abuse of power will be noticed by the relevant authority and stopped.
Also not a single person in the congregation was from the local village. And after speaking with the locals it became evident that the way this church operates has raised many an eyebrow in the village. All in all if you want to worship God, this church is the last place you would like to find yourself.

they visit you at home if you cant get to church. they will help if you request it. sunday morning service is at 1045am and has communion every third week in the month.
