Accidentally put a nail through a water pipe. Denied it saying leak already there. After trying to walk out became aggressive and rude. We had to organise plumber and refuses to pay disputing liability as pipes shouldn’t have been there according to him. Trading standards very interested in this person and will be investigating as he has broken the law. Very scary, unpleasant experience. Please please think seriously before allowing this man into your home. Independent tradesman says work carried out on carpet is substandard.

I booked Pete and the night before the job he cancelled with no explanation whatsoever, via text, and would not answer my call to explain why. Never in my life have I experienced such un-​professionalism from any tradesman. If you want to be disappointed and treated badly, call this man!
