New Hall Spa

The building where the spa is located is enough to calm you down before you’ve even put your bag down. Situated at one end of the New Hall Hotel, t’s 800 years old and inside is as traditional as on the outside, until you get to the very modern facilities in here. Apart from the Italianate pool, complete with marble walls and pillars forming the backdrop to the Jacuzzi, there are simply hundreds of treatments. If unlike me, you like the make-​up treatments you can have the usual manicures, pedicures and eyebrow tinting. For me, it’s more about the body which includes every type of massage. The Bamboo massage is particularly appealing as it’s about muscle strengthening, lymph drainage and reactivating the circulation. I’m told I’ll feel like a new person after that so worth looking at that for next time. There are all the usual wax treatments plus New Hall Spa have special spa days which currently include the Olympian Spa Day starting at just £89.
I spoke to a couple of ladies who were just going in as I came out and they use it as a regular get together and treat and loved it!
