We’re spoilt for choice when it comes to Chinese takeaway in Sutton Coldfield but if you’re prepared to travel that bit further I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed with Jade Garden. There’s a fantastic menu from which to choose and if, in the unlikely event that your favourite dish isn’t on their menu then just ask and they will be happy to cook it for you. Like all good takeaways it gets very busy at weekends, they do offer a delivery service but this too get very busy so book early. If you do decide to pick up then you’ll see that it is clean and very presented and the busy staff provide fabulous service.

Providing off-road parking and a remarkably diverse Cantonese menu, this pleasant local takeaway is a real gem. The Jade Garden is tasty, well-staffed and very easy to find, situated in a lay-by just off Sutton Coldfield’s Bakers Lane. The staff are welcoming, the waiting area is clean and the customer service is second to none. There’s an off-license just two doors down, two bus stops within a 2 minute walk and always room to park outside the store’s entrance. Prices are very reasonable, the service is fast and efficient and The Jade Garden’s chicken and mushroom curry is one of the best I’ve ever tasted.
