To be honest I never shop in Clinton’s anymore. This is due to the fact that a few doors down is the large Card Factory store which sells cards for MUCH cheaper than Clinton’s! Why pay £4−5 for a card when you can pay £1!
This Clinton’s is a large store and does do some quality gifts and a wide selection of cards, it’s just a shame it’s so expensive. It’s always clean and tidy, although can get messy during the busy periods of the year, but the staff do try hard!

Clintons Cards store is located in The Bridges shopping centre in Sunderland. It is a large shop with lots of room to browse around, a great selection of cards for special occasions, alittle more expensive compared to other card shops in town, but its nice to pay alittle extra for something more special. They have lots of special, nicely designed gift boxes and gift bags. At this time of year they have got a fabulous selection of christmas cards and calendars for the new year with lovely diaries which also make nice gifts. Staff are lovely and friendly and well worth a visit even if its just to look about.

Love this shop — properly laid out and enough room to browse. Prices are more expensive but it’s nice to purchase from for special occasions.
