Post Office – Stretford Mall

While shopping in Stretford, I decided to call in the «Mall» as I had a few things to post and needed a proof of postage. This store is located inside the WHsmith, so if you are not from the area and just come in looking for a post office, it can be quite tricky to find.
This post office is a good size, located in a large WHsmith store, it never seems to get too busy and it does have a post box in, just in case you need to post something and want to avoid the queues, which honestly are not that bad.
It is traditional Post Office décor, and does sell envelopes etc, from the WHsmith and Post Office brand.
The staff seem okay here, they didn’t seem to be too great but still they could of been a lot worse, and did get my items posted with a proof of postage in a relatively quick fashion.
For the future, moving the Post Office into its own store might make it seem, more professional, easier to find and simply a lot quicker to go in and out, rather than going right to the bottom of a WHsmith store. I give 3 stars as it is quite a nice post office and queuing doesn’t seem too be so bad, especially for the city centre of a small town.
