I arrived at the shop on a Wednesday afternoon back in April 2013. I bought a leather jacket for my son for £199. A month later, the sleeve’s lining completely gave way as my son took his jacket off. I took the jacket back to the shop for a refund, as it clearly was faulty, and there was an argument! Eventually, the shop assistant got the owner, a lady with a mass of unkempt grey hair, called Mrs Carey. She claimed it must be my son’s fault,. and refused a refund. We argued for around ten minutes, and I threatened her with legal action. She eventually went upstairs to speak to her husband(who hides up there, apparently) and I got a refund, and the next week we went to London, where we bought a much better jacket for £89! There are other shops to go to than this one. It could improve the quality of the products, and their prices. Mrs Carey needs a makeover too she looks like an old witchhardly fitting for someone trying to make you look better with their products!
