Sandwich Box is an amazing little place which I used to walk past every day but took ages to go into.
A lot of the time it looks shut but just push the door and you’ll normally find it open. It represents true value for money and is much better than the university canteen and Subway.
There are a number of sandwich fillings you can have and all sandwiches are made to order. Everything from a salad bap to a sausage and bacon sarnie.
Price wise it’s cheaper than competitors but the only down side is that it is take away only. It’s only down the road from Hanley Park so if it’s a nice day, venture there to enjoy a lunchtime snack.
