Painfully poor customer service. In response to the comment below, I have used this company in the past with no problem and called for a quote for a move, was asked for details, began talking only to be interrupted and told that they weren’t interested and then they just hung up. I should add there was nothing unusual about the move at all. Turning down business is one thing, but it doesn’t take much to show some manners. I assume if they can’t be bothered to talk to people politely, they won’t be bothered about other things.
It’s very easy for firms to make statements about their excellent customer service, not quite so easy to deliver it. To the person who asked me to call, I don’t think I’ll bother after my last experience, thanks. I’ve already given the business to somebody else and I won’t waste my time listening to you justifying yourself.
