A truly fantastic addition to Stockbridge which is becoming the place to go. The food is good, muffins lovely but the cake sometimes needs to be a little fresher.
The coffee though needs serious improvement. As with most places little emphasis is placed on the skill of the barista. A quick couple of hours on the machine with the rep and you are now a barista. No you are not!
Understand the techniques, the process and the difference between a flat white, a latte and a cappuccino which all seems to be poured the same way and if we throw some chocolate on that, voila, a cappuccino! Again no.
If you get the coffee right it will be a dream place to visit regularly!
