This one is huge. It has a ton of stuff, including scotches. Tons of stuff at very reasonable prices. Also close to the train station.

Have you ever noticed how some places are always there for you? Tesco has managed to hold that position in my life for such a long time now. Specifically this branch. Whatever the quandary, I’ve been able to resolve any issue I seem to come across by visiting this haven for the under organised. What will I have for dinner tonight? Where can I get a Christmas present for someone at 7pm on Christmas Eve and not have it look like I forgot? Where can I get that computer game I just heard about but can’t be bothered actually shopping for? Is there anything in here for a secret Santa at work? Where can I get a reasonably priced suit for work? I just stayed at a friends three nights in a row, do I go home and get changed or can I buy new underwear here and give the jeans another day? These and so many more questions have all been answered by this most epic establishment. Yes I’m quite aware it’s a chain store and takes business away from the little guy, and yes it’s not the cheapest place in the world. But in terms of being convenient and well stocked, let’s just say they usually have what I’m looking for even when I don’t actually know what I want when I go in. My only qualm with this store is it’s obsession with moving things around. Pick an isle. Put the eggs in it and bloody well leave them there.

Quite often I’ll leave Tesco and wish I’d made the trek to Sainsburys. Tesco has better offers but the quality often doesn’t quite compete. I recently bought oranges and only noticed when I was home that only one was edible — the rest were rotten. That’s not to say Tesco isn’t convenient, I regularly shop here and they do have a decent range of stock! I know that if I go to Sainsburys I’ll spend so much more and Tesco does the job often enough.

Quite a medium sized store! Friendly staff. Big gripe is the cleanliness of the place and car park! Pretty shocking actually Other than that it has a decent selection of food and fresh produce! Car park is weirdly planned and the petrol station is expensive compared to Sainsburys! Not that I put in supermarket fuel

It was okay. There was a decent selection, but it could be better. This type of store would be a low end store in the USA. Still, it fed my family and provided a service. The staff was nice and made the experience tolerable. The car park was a little difficult to get to from Stirling Castle, but not impossible.

Standard, middle sized Tesco store. Sells most things you would expect of a supermarket. Has a petrol station on site, but it is more expensive than most of the surrounding competitors.

Not the greatest supermarket in town. Layout is not user friendly. Essentials are placed in the furthestmost corner of the store from the entrance — are they having a laugh? Parking allocation for the mobility challenged and parent & child spaces is so extensive that others would be better off getting a taxi to the front door.

Hingehen lohnt sich also!
