Food is good if a little expesive (I think they have just put prices up)
I can’t understand the negative comments on the previous review about staff. The owner Jenny is always pleasant and is on first name terms with all her regulars!

If you are hungry, then a Chinese could always do the trick. This one is the same as any other. It is ok and has a good menu but the prices are a bit steep. They get away with it really as it is in a small village and there is not another Chinese locally unless you travel into Mossley or Stalybridge. And if you do not drive then you are stuck really.
The staff are ok but can be rude sometimes but it is understandable as they have around 1500 teenagers hanging about trying to make people go into the shop next door for them. BOOOO. Try the chips and gravy though, they are yummy!
