Family business. Charged for underlay we ordered, but supplied an inferior product without asking or telling us about price difference. We only received a refund on the difference because we brought it to their attention. When we complained, we received unprofessional service. The assistant would not admit he had made a mistake. We have purchased carpet for every room in our house from this company as we prefer to support local family businesses, but we will never use Greyfriars again. They did not even offer a payment as a goodwill gesture for their mistake and the inconvenience caused. Obviously, Customer loyalty is not a priority for this company. We will shop at John Lewis in future, where they care about Customer satisfaction.
