Great eat in chippy. They do gorgeous fish with really crispy batter. All cooked to order and very fresh. Enjoyed the homemade tartar sauce and minted peas(crushed). Hubby had s lovely portion of bread and butter with his. Very reasonable and ever do clean, great service too.

A very solid fish and chips offering — lots of fresh fish and the option of grilled or battered with cups or salad on the side — exactly what you’d expect on the menu and a decent cut above the usual ‘deep fried dive’. The restaurant has a lot of hard surfaces so tends to be noisy, so we opted for takeaway and ate along the waterfront while the sun set.

Posh fish and chips it is. Tasty and lovely in great surroundings and décor. Fish and chips is not greasy and the mushy peas are not like the usual crap from a can they taste as they should like peas. Great touches like to little crisps they add to the top of the dish. Tartar sauce is also homemade so it accompanies the fish really well. Have not had a takeaway from here but wonder if the chips would sweat in the paper and ruin the crispy ness. Would defo go back and recommend to anyone going to the St Ives area. 10⁄105* many congrats who’d have guessed you could make a chippy upmarket. Welldone.

Want gourmet fish’n chips? Then you’ll have to say ‘might I trouble you to purchase a receptacle of your delicious gourmet Fish and Chips?’. And then queue out the door, as the reputation for good quality food spreads down the harbour front. The harbour fish & chips really does provide a different take on the traditional greasy stuff; the décor is trendily woody and stone, the service is friendly and smart and the food is genuinely good quality. Definitely recommended.
