Evolution

I purchased a used Netbook at a pawn shop, and it was a bad purchase to say the very least. The rep at the pawn shop told me that it was packaged with Windows XP, Skype, Microsoft Office and anti-​virus software. He forgot to mention that it was also packaged with a faulty sound card and a 10 minute boot-​up time. The thing is that on my receipt were the dreaded words: «All Sales Final». Rather than complain and get my money back (I like to avoid conflict at all costs), I decided to see if I could have it repaired.
The guys here got everything up and running. The boot-​up time was reduced dramatically (to just under 2 minutes), and the faulty sound card was fixed no problem (the sound card apparently had to be rightly fitted or some other technical jargon). Anyway, these guys fixed my Netbook within a couple of days, and did it for a very good price. Thumbs up to Evolution!

This isn’t aimed at these guys specifically, but I think Bill Hicks’ gag about creationists looking like they haven’t evolved can be often attributed to computer tech guys. So I’m only speculating, but I wonder if that’s how this shop got it’s name? Only a suggestion…
