I called this company in relation to logs (a service on their website they offer at a cost) after numerous calls I finally got through to a man who said yes, they would be able to deliver. After finding out that I was local, and therefore would not have to pay the delivery charge, they then asked me where I would like the logs, to which I replied I wanted them in my shed (located at the end of my garden) to ensure they wouldn’t get wet pretty simple to work out, eh? I was then told that this would be an extra cost and told the reason why ‘is that old saying time is money’!!! I honestly didn’t realise that people like this existed anymore! Since found someone local who is able to make the trek all the way from the drive to my garden shed (all of 5 yards!!) Avoid if you can!
