disabled access!!! not to the kitchen showroom upstairs, the stairs are steep with a handrail you can’t grip. difficult for a customer with a stick, impossible for one in a wheelchair

Awful customer service. Terrible (non-​existent) after sales care and a rude demeanour. They ridicule customers behind their backs once they have left the shop, laughing amongst themselves about the way the customers were dressed, their hair-​styles or the way they spoke.
