I would agree with the other two reviews. Nice big store but I’ll just say that my sales assistant was unable to subtract 24.99 from 29.99 and leave it at that.

What a dissappointment.
Big new impressive store and they cant get the staff.
Called their call centre in the morning as you cannot call the store directly (their X Directory). Asked for the manager to call me and as expected no one called me.
Wanted to buy a top of the range Laptop after work for my sons birthday. Drove an hour to get there.
Was directed in the store to a young boy who was suppossed to be The Expert. He knew nothing of the spec on the machines. Would not negotiate on a deal and was more keen to return to his computer chess game with the security guard!
So I walked out– Never to return again!

Situated in Hedge End Retail Park this is a huge store with everything neccessary for your computing needs.
They have a wide selection of laptops, pc’s, printers and cartridges and the prices for each product range from budget to premium.
My main complaint with this store is the lack of store knowledge. A basic question as to whether a certain hub would work with my equipment was met with a blunt answer which turned out later to be incorrect. The sales assistants are eager to point you in the right direction though for the product you need — they will, however, encourage you to buy protection for your products — I did laugh when I bought a printer for £50 on offer and the protection was going to be around £5 per month — hardly worth it. If you firmly say no thanks, you will not be hassled into it though.
