Always pays to read more than one review because I have always felt a little uncomfortable taking my 2 year old here. Do feel like the staff were always looking over my shoulder if he got too close to a toy. Also found it a bit tricky to get round with a pram as a lot of toys on the floor etc. Also it’s at the very top of town past the Marland shopping centre so not really near the heart of town. I have always gone to the Mother care in West Quay outlet park as they have an ELC section in there and it’s easier to park etc. I can’t fault the actual stock though as ELC have great items for all ages just not a bit fan of this actual shop.

Very clean store, great selection of good toys for all ages. We always pop in there if we are in town. Staff are always very helpful and let you try all the toys.

This store is quite big and have a very wide range of toys and things for children. It is very well laid out and has things around the store to entertain the children whilst you shop. The shop is always clean and tidy with most of the products out on display. The prices are always clear and they often have a few promotions on. The staff are very friendly and are always there to help you. They also know a lot about the products. The shop is in a good location and is easy to get to. A must have for parents!
