One of the most friendliest wine shops around. I went in once to buy wine as Christmas presents. The staff are immediately welcoming, willing to help with providing boxes to carry the wine in, and even going so far as to offer to go out to the car to help. I was then given lots of ribbon and such to wrap the presents in, a service completely unexpected but inexplicably welcoming. The staff have an extensive knowledge about what wines are best to have, and were more than happy to share their knowledge. A definite contender for best customer service within the Southam region and definitely a place to go if you just want to be made to feel good!
