I loved this place! As mentioned in other reviews it’s within walking distance of the Hilton outside Heathrow Terminal 5. The staff and regulars are great! I stopped in about 7pm thinking I’d grab a pint and go looking for food. 5 hours later I walked out and realized I hadn’t eaten dinner yet. I’m going to schedule more overnight layovers at Heathrow just so I can go to this place again and again.

This pub is near the airport, so if you stay near the airport, this is a must visit pub. There is a fireplace inside, so you can keep warm, if it’s winter.
The staff is friendly and helpful. This is one of the first pubs we visited on our trip and one of the last.
My favorite beer for this trip was twickenham winter cheer. It was a full bodied beer.
This place is a can’t miss.

Missed my connecting flight home through LHR and stuck in London for the night, the airline put me up at the Hilton near this pub.
Walking distance from the hotel, this place is exactly what it needs to be: Small and comfortable, friendly bartender that knows what he is talking about, and locals that don’t mind talking to the new guy with the funny accent sitting at the bar.
Had a great time talking with Tony the bartender and the other friendly patrons as they filtered in and out.
Next time I’m stranded here I will be heading right back for another pint of Courage!
