I went there a couple of weeks ago and found they were very good. The girls on the service desk was very friendly & professional and the car came back lovely and clean. The guy that welcomes you when yo arrive is also really nice. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them. A friend also went there to check out the new car deals and was alos really impressed. ended up buying a car!

This is the only Renault dealership in the area. I dont know if they know that The staff in this dealership are all rude. Unhelpful. Arrogant. etc
The parking is an absolute nightmare, and the customer car park is always full of cars parked by staff after servicing. The only helpful aspect of this whole place is the servicing department, and they are always willing to help you, and generally do a better job of selling the cars than the sales staff.
We were sent out to test drive a £20k car which was full of someones rubbish, as they had been using it for the weekend! Disgusting. Would never have bought a renault if I had known that they were my servicing option!
