For several years now it hasn’t been necessary to fly back to the USA to buy Krispy Kreme donuts; I only have to cross the English Channel to the UK to do this. This particular KK is located in Slough in the big building that houses the big Tescos.
There isn’t’ too much that you can say about KK or really any chain store/​restaurants because the idea is to keep them the same. Well this one was a nice size. It was very clean. There were lots of donuts there, unlike some places where the choices go down as they’re sold. They seem to keep well stocked. The coffee was good too and the young lady who worked there was very sweet and very chatty. Buying donuts from grumpy people should be illegal, I think.
Cannot wait until my next trip to KK-​land (England)!

This is supposed to be one of the krispy baking motherships supplying other stores. I love their doughnuts even though each one costs £1.10 to £1.45.
I wanted one of their cold drinks but they’d ran out of ice! Coffee’s normal — don’t expect anything special.
By the way, this is a stand-​alone outlet which happens to be in the Tesco Extra building — which itself is majorly mahoosive.
You can see the baking machine contraptions from where you sit to devour your yeastie creations.
